Hello friends, I bring you a recipe that I was craving a few days!
Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in strips of bacon!!!
This recipe can be made in outdoor BBQ, electric oven and conventional oven; in my case I used Conventional Oven, applying a little trick to brown the bacon and you have that crunchy texture that we all love :P, this dish is excellent for those times in which we gather with friends and family, though it should not be abused because despite being very delicious is far from be healthy xD well, here we go!

2. Then cut the peppers lengthwise, to make two halves for each pepper.

3. The following will remove the seeds from the peppers, and carefully using the spoon that fits us better (I should point that in the past I removed the seeds with spoon and then gently remove chile veins with a knife, which was my surprise to note that this was not necessary, applying enough force, the spoon is capable of removing both the seeds and veins, leaving a clean pepper pod).

4. Then we clean the spoon and take the cheese and place it slowly in pepper pods, trying to fill best.

5. Almost done, now take bacon strips and wrap the stuffed peppers with cream cheese, it is not necessary to use chopsticks but if you do not feel sure, use them.

6. Now, most importantly, preheat the oven to 180 °C and place a foil on your baking tray, with the reflective side up, their function is wrapping the top of our baking tray to form a smooth surface as if we placed the peppers in a table. Now that we have our baking tray ready, we will open some small holes in the foil surface, this is done to drain the bacon fat, it falls to the tray leaving our peppers removing excess fat.

7. Finally place our peppers backward on our tray and put it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until they are to your liking, and that's it! Snacks ready for everyone, because they're cleaned well, should have nothing spicy but all the flavor of a jalapeno!

Buen provecho!!!
Bon appetit!!!

Que método de cocción utilizamos?
Rostizar:

Roast:
It is similar to baking in the sense that it cooks food surrounding the hot, dry air in a closed environment. However, only meats like beef, pork, chicken or turkey rostizan. At higher temperature roasting which is used in baking. The food not only roasted brown them, but take a caramel finish on the surface. This is because the roasted food is sprayed with oil or smeared with a solution of melted fat through the cooking process to give a yellow-brown exterior finish when fully cooked.
